Super Frosh Wall Leading UK into Ineligablity?

Reports from the Southeastern Conference are suggesting Mississippi State freshman Renardo Sidney is not the only super frosh under eligability investigation.
It would appear the consensus number one freshman in the country, John Wall at the University of Kentucky, is also under investigation.
According to published reports, Wall’s AAU coach was a registered FIBA
agent at one point. It appears that he never signed any clients so his
registration with FIBA was as far as his agent status really went.
This appears to be one that will go away if logic reigns supreme in the case. It would seem that, even though players cannot retain their amateur status while receiving gifts from agents, this seems to be a case of technicality.
Should the NCAA rule that punishment should be dealt, Wall could miss up to 10% of UK’s games this season plus have to pay back any compensation or benefits recieved from the ‘agent’.
If a punishment is dealt on this issue, if all of the facts are actually available and we have the whole story, it will be a case of the NCAA unjustly meddling with a player and AAU coach who had good intentions and were not trying to skew the system.
Where is the justice in that?
We’ll wait and see what the ringmaster of the NCAA circus shows us next.
