I went 3-1 with my picks yesterday. My beloved Hawkeyes totally failed me, but there is a lot of exciting basketball left. Here are my predictions for day two in the tourney.
Michigan vs Illinois, 12 PM ET ESPN
Illinois stunned Indiana yesterday and won by ten. Michigan is looking to gain respect and a number 1 seed.
Michigan by seven
Nebraska vs Ohio St, 2PM ET ESPN
Ohio State squeaked by yesterday with a one point win against Purdue. The Buckeyes are looking to break the series tie this year with the Huskers.
Buckeyes by four.
Wisconsin vs Minnesota 6:30 PM ET BTN
This is one of my favorite match ups today. The Gophers have the most to gain as they are on the bubble. The Badgers are going to be too much for Pitino’s Gophers.
Badgers by eight.
Michigan St vs Northwestern 9PM ET BTN
Chris Collins’ Wildcats shocked Iowa last night, but Tim Izzo’s team has a lot to prove as the former pre- season favorite. The Spartans have beat Northwestern in both games this year handily and the same will happen tonight.
Sparty by 12.
